Joining us in a new position as the Assistant Food and Beverage Director, Landry Brown spent the last 10 years at the Five Star and Five Diamond Inn at Little Washington as the dining room manager. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, he was the executive chef at several North Carolina resorts and clubs, prior to taking over the front-of-house operations at Sanderling. In his role at Sanderling he will assist with all the training, organization and product knowledge for the expansive food and beverage department to ensure outstanding customer service. Landry joins us with his wife, Alanna and three kids, Ethan, Caroline, and Katelyn.
The last two weeks of Culinary School were focused on waiting tables. It was then that I realized my true passion for the front of the house. -Landry Brown
