The newly expanded Event House debuted on May 1, 2019 after a million dollar renovation during the off-season. With the renovation came the exciting addition of a second floor, accessible by elevator, of meeting and event space featuring a new ocean view deck. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic create a unique and stunning location for a corporate meeting, social banquet or team building retreat.
The second level Partridge Room is 1942 sq feet and can be set classroom for a maximum of 126 guests with audio visual or 128 in Rounds of 8.
The new second level deck with views above the dune line is perfect for a break, breakout or lunch. This over-sized deck is accessible from the meeting room or from an outside stairway.
The Corbell Executive Boardroom (420 sq ft) with inspiring views of the Currituck Sound seats 13 in comfortable executive chairs. A permanent smart monitor allows for laptops to easily be connected. The room offers a set up area for food service.
The second floor now also offers the Austin Breakout Room (390 sq feet) that can be set for 24 people in rounds.
Identical to the second floor, the Scarborough Room is located on the first floor with an expanded foyer, perfect for exhibits, registration or food set up, and a large deck area.
