We are THRILLED to unveil the gorgeous details from our annual couple’s tasting held this past February! For those of you who may not know, we hold a tasting annually where we invite all of our Sanderling couple’s for an evening of mixing and mingling, wine sipping, food tasting, and more. We pour our little wedding loving hearts into making this evening/weekend the perfect little getaway for our couple’s to bask in the fun of wedding planning (wedding planning doesn’t always have to be hard, you know!).

Every year we ask our extraordinary preferred event designers to create showstopping tablescapes for the evening. Without a doubt, every single year, we are blown away by the magic that comes to life in the Pavilion! Everyone mingled and ate their little hearts out while enjoying music by Jeremy Russell of Outer Banks Wedding Entertainment, snapped a few photos in front of the photobooth designed by Amaranth + Artifact, and finished off the night with delectable cake samples by Patty Bakes and Italian ice galore by OBX Sunset Slush. Take a look at the jaw-dropping tablescapes and other fun details from the evening below!

Holiday House Weddings & Events – Table 1

A glamorous black and white modern look with tropical vibes. We love the cutout details in this table runner. Not to mention those tulips hanging from the centerpiece!! The use of black and white and mirrors makes for a night-time effect of shimmering candlelight, the perfect romantic setting.

Bells & Whistles – Table 2

Who doesn’t love a bit of blue ceramic chinoiserie?! We are loving Bells & Whistles take on it! With beautiful pops of red and pink roses, she really figured out how to make those vases and plates pop.

Renee Landry Events – Table 3

Color pop is all the rage these days and we love this custom overlay by Renee Landry. Everyone is looking for new ways to incorporate their napkins into decor these days and this little knot tied napkin is the perfect addition! The “I lava you” marketing material could be replaced with a menu or thank you card.

Sugar Snap Events – Table 4

We love this chic mix of paper and florals atop Amaranth + Artifact’s whitewash table. The wicker chairs or bench complete a sweetheart table look! This table included rhinoceros accents on the table markers and napkin tags as a nod to a client’s passion for them.

Renee Landry Events – Table 5

Loving this peachy fun table! Take your decor to a new level by added rented (or purchased) water goblets and a colorful plate, charger, and/or silverware. Sometimes it is the little things that elevate your tablescape!

Holiday House Weddings & Events – Table 6

This white table with pops of orange and green give us all the tropical vibes and was a nod to the lifestyle of the Bahamas! Lemons and oranges were such a fun addition to add some pop to the centerpiece. And who isn’t gushing over the aloe cay print napkins from BBJ Linen (also a piece of inspiration for the table)?!

Sugar Snap Events – Table 7

A romantic table of cool pinks and greens to round out our tables thus far. Check out the beautiful ceiling installation over this table (an inspiration in the design behind this table) and think of all the different ways you are able to elevate your tables. Make sure you catch that fun napkin fold with a BBJ napkin cuff and topped with a bit of greenery.

Bells & Whistles – Table 8

We cannot talk about this charger and napkin pair enough on this black/tropical themed table. The Goldstone Blush charger will have your guests ohhing and ahhing all night long. The tropical dried palms tie everything together just perfectly!

Holiday House Weddings & Events – Table 9

This copper themed table is the talk of the town! Inspiration behind the copper theme: According to myth and legend, copper has the ability to conduct spiritual energy back and forth between individuals and activates intuition, desire, and vitality. These energies are then used towards the pursuit of one’s path or a couple’s evolution.

Renee Landry Events – Table 10

Who doesn’t love some taper candles? This was the perfect touch to add to the table as the main focal point of this table is navy blue dried hydrangea ceiling installation. Be sure to ask your florists if they have any overlays you could incorporate into your design as this overlay from Renee Landry adds some print to the table, along with the texture of these wicker chargers, which can also be rented by Renee Landry. We also love the added touch of the dusty blue velvet chairs for the bride and groom.

Sugar Snap Events – Table 11

This clean coastal inspired look is giving us all the feels! Especially in that golden hour light! The gold deco metal chargers from BBJ Linen are the perfect addition to this crisp look. The pop of the light aqua centerpiece adds perfectly to the look.

Bells & Whistles – Table 12

Another take a coastal inspired look. This table gives us a darker, moody feel with this Noir Anguilla table linen and Luxe Black Gold Charger from BBJ Linens, while still holding to the coastal theme with the wicker baskets, shell accents. The perfect fall inspired tablescape!
