Last May, Sanderling Resort acquired our chef’s favorite toy- a monstrous smoker complete with grill and deep fryer. The 5 tier smoker infuses flavor from a blend of hickory and pecan wood into all the savory morsels we put in it, and can be used in combination with the other parts of the machine.
